Churchkhela is a traditional Georgian candle-shaped confection. The main ingredients of churchkhela are grape concentrate, nuts, and flour. The traditional technology of churchkhela in the Kakheti region was inscribed on the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Georgia list in 2015.
