Kaki furai or kaki fry (Japanese: カキフライ, romanized: kaki furai) is a Japanese dish consisting of panko-breaded deep-fried oysters. The oysters used in the dish are either Crassostrea gigas (Pacific oyster) or Crassostrea nippona (Iwagaki oyster).
