Neer dosa, literally meaning water dosa in Kannada, Malayalam, and Tulu, is a crêpe prepared from rice batter. Neer dosa is a delicacy from Tulu Nadu in Karnataka and Malabar in Kerala, India and a part of Mangalorean and Malabar cuisine.
