Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Tear the lettuce, green chicory, and radicchio into bite-size pieces, and finely chop the chili peppers.
- Finely chop the scallion, ginger, and garlic, and saute them in a pan with cooking oil.
- Add the sauce ingredients and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Let the sauce cool, then mix in the chopped chili peppers.
- Coat the chicken thigh meat with cornstarch and cook it in an oiled pan until golden brown.
- Spread the prepared vegetables in a bowl, top with the grilled chicken thigh meat, and finish with the sauce and radish sprouts.
💡 TipUsing Cheongyang chili pepper and lemon gives a spicy, tangy sauce that is low in sodium.
