Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Remove the shells and innards of the shrimp, and blanch the clams lightly and remove the meat once they open.
- Cut the seafood into 0.5cm pieces and slice the scallions.
- Peel the tomato and cut to a size similar to the ham, and coarsely julienne the basil.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, stir-fry the ham and corn, then add the beaten eggs and scramble.
- When step 4 is about half cooked, add the seafood, tomato, and basil, decorate with red chili pepper, and when fully cooked, place in an ovenproof dish.
- Cut the cheese into 0.5cm-wide strips, arrange in a lattice on top of step 5, and bake in the oven.
💡 TipWhen scrambling eggs, cook slowly over low heat to get a soft texture.
