Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Sprinkle the chicken with sun-dried salt and pepper and marinate it.
  2. Steam the cabbage and garlic chives in a steamer with rising steam and let them cool.
  3. Cut the perilla leaves into thin strips, remove the seeds from the bell peppers and cut into thin strips 5 cm long, and cut the carrot and onion into strips of the same length.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, and when it is hot, cook the marinated chicken, turning it and gently sprinkling with sake. When it is cooked, shred the meat.
  5. Mix the yogurt, mustard, honey, lemon juice, and sugar evenly to make the sauce.
  6. Put the prepared vegetables (3) and chicken (4) in the steamed cabbage, roll it up, tie the cabbage with the steamed garlic chives to finish, and serve with the yogurt sauce.
💡 TipThe sauce is made with yogurt and mustard, so you can taste the dish without any separate salt, and it goes well with the cabbage.
