Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Spread out the chicken wide and soak it in milk for about 10 minutes.
  2. Wash the sorghum and rice clean, soak in cold water for about 30 minutes, and cook the rice.
  3. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut into thin strips, cut the carrot and onion into strips the same length as the bell pepper, and rotate-cut only the skin of the zucchini into thin strips.
  4. Lightly oil a pan and stir-fry the prepared vegetables (3) with salt.
  5. Take the chicken out of the milk, lightly sprinkle with pepper, put the multigrain rice (2) and stir-fried vegetables (4) on it, and roll it up.
  6. Chop the tomato into small pieces and stir-fry with the minced garlic, add the ketchup and broth and boil, then add the rolled chicken and gently simmer to cook through to finish.
💡 TipMultigrain rice, chicken, and assorted vegetables go together with the tomato sauce to make a simple, tasty roll.
