Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Sprinkle the chicken with rosemary and let it rest for at least 3 hours.
  2. Fill a pot about 1/3 with water, add the sliced onion and bring to a boil, add the rested chicken, boil for about 20 minutes, and drain.
  3. Let the boiled chicken cool a little, tear it lengthwise by hand, and lightly toss with salt and pepper. Remove the seeds from the cucumber and bell pepper and cut into thin strips, and cut the carrot into strips to match the length of the cucumber.
  4. Mince the garlic and mix with the chili flakes, sugar, vinegar, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
  5. Briefly dip the rice paper in hot water and take it out right away.
  6. Put the prepared chicken, bell pepper, cucumber, and carrot on the rice paper and roll it up, lightly coat with starch, and cook by rolling in a pan to finish. Serve with the prepared sauce.
💡 TipUsing rice paper lets you enjoy the flavors of the vegetables and chicken together, so it tastes good without salt.
