Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Cut the carrot, bok choy, napa cabbage, zucchini and enoki mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
  2. Boil the black pork with low-sodium doenjang and pepper, skimming off the impurities.
  3. Make a broth with the natural dashida and strain through a sieve.
  4. Cut the prepared vegetables and cheongyang chili pepper and blanch them together in the broth to add spiciness to the broth.
  5. Make the dipping sauce.
  6. Put the blanched vegetables and broth in a pot, slice the meat into bite-size pieces, and serve with the sauce to finish.
💡 TipNatural ingredients are used for the broth and fish sauce is used for the dipping sauce in place of regular soy sauce and salt, reducing sodium.
