Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Marinate the chicken breast in milk for about 20 minutes.
  2. Peel the button mushrooms, and chop the onion and cashews separately.
  3. Season the milk-marinated chicken breast with salt and pepper, coat in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in that order, shallow-fry until cooked through, and drain the oil.
  4. Melt butter in a pan, then add the button mushrooms and onion and stir-fry.
  5. Add the cream sauce to the stir-fried vegetables and cook gently.
  6. When the sauce is cooked, add the chopped cashews, heavy cream, and mozzarella cheese at the end and cook once more, then place the baby greens and chicken breast on a plate and serve with the cream sauce.
💡 TipCream chicken made with cream sauce is soft and mild, and the cheese-based sauce lets you use less sodium.
