Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Thinly julienne the bell pepper, onion and red chili pepper.
  2. Wash the glasswort and trim it into bite-size pieces.
  3. Soak the radish sprouts in water.
  4. Wrap the julienned vegetables and glasswort tightly in the sliced beef and roll up.
  5. Slice the garlic and grill it once in garlic oil.
  6. Lay the grilled garlic down and grill the rolled meat on it.
💡 TipGarlic oil masks the gamey smell of the beef so it can be handled without basic seasoning. The chewiness and mild saltiness of glasswort also replace saltiness.
