Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Boil the cinnamon powder and jujubes, remove the jujubes, and set the cooking water aside.
  2. Make the crepe batter by mixing the flour with the jujube and cinnamon cooking water.
  3. Lightly oil a pan and pour in the batter with a small ladle to make thin crepes (jeonbyeong).
  4. Separate the egg yolk and white, fry each into a thin sheet (jidan), and julienne.
  5. Julienne the cucumber, carrot, onion, and shiitake mushroom, lightly salt them, stir-fry in a pan, and set aside.
  6. Julienne the beef, season with low-sodium soy sauce, and stir-fry; place the stir-fried vegetables and beef on the prepared crepes, roll up, put on a plate, top with pine nuts, and make green tea.
💡 TipGreen tea helps flush out sodium.
