Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Put the meat in a glass bowl and marinate with the rosemary, crushed peppercorns, sliced button mushrooms, bay leaf, and grape juice.
  2. In a small glass bowl, mix the tomato sauce, beef stock, basil, oregano, sugar, and garlic powder.
  3. Remove the marinated meat and cook both sides in a heated pan.
  4. Pour the remaining liquid from step 1 and the tomato sauce from step 2 into the pan used for the meat.
  5. Scrape up the meat bits stuck to the pan and simmer together over medium heat to make the mushroom sauce.
  6. Slice the steak, place on a plate, and pour the mushroom sauce over.
💡 TipIn low-sodium cooking, mixing several kinds of spices gives a strong aroma, so the low saltiness is not easily noticed.
