Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Add the rosemary and pepper to the chicken breast and soak it in milk for about 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the carrot and potato into squares, then trim the corners with a knife to round them into dice shapes.
  3. When the water in a pot boils, blanch the broccoli and the trimmed carrot and potato.
  4. Peel the button mushrooms and slice them keeping their shape, finely chop the tomato and garlic, stir-fry them in a pot with butter, and add the ketchup.
  5. Add the sliced button mushrooms and the heavy cream to the stir-fry from (4) and stir-fry briefly once more.
  6. Melt butter in a pan and cook the marinated chicken breast (1) until golden and cooked through, put it on a plate, decorate with the prepared potato, carrot, and broccoli, and serve with the sauce on top.
💡 TipA sauce made with fresh tomatoes lowers the sodium and has a fresh taste and flavor.
