Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Pound the pork (loin) with a meat mallet to about 1cm thickness.
- Season the pork loin with salt and pepper.
- Mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, dried basil, and thyme to make herb breadcrumbs.
- Coat the meat with flour, beaten egg, and herb breadcrumbs in that order.
- Add oil to a heated pan and cook the cutlet.
- When the cutlet is cooked, drain the oil and place on a plate.
💡 TipSoaking pork in milk for about 10 minutes before using removes the gamey smell and makes it taste more tender.
Diet and allergy labels are estimated from the ingredient list. Check labels if you have an allergy.
