Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Cut the onion, button mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and oyster mushrooms small.
  2. Put the anchovies, shrimp, and garlic in a pot, pour in about 500 ml of water, and boil to make the broth.
  3. Melt butter in a pot, then add the onion and mushrooms and stir-fry.
  4. Add the soaked rice to the pot from (3) and gently stir-fry.
  5. Pour a little of the prepared broth into the stir-frying pot.
  6. Add the broth, stir-fry gently again, and cover with a lid to cook through, then finish by adding the heavy cream and salt at the end.
💡 TipSeafood replaces saltiness, and the various mushrooms bring out the flavor.
