Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Soak the napa cabbage leaves in water to freshen them.
- Slice the lemon.
- Make a seasoning sauce with the lemon, gochujang, sugar, and plum syrup.
- Cut the bell pepper into small squares.
- Blanch the scallops in boiling salted water.
- Grill the scallops in a frying pan, chop them finely, mix with the bell pepper, and place on the napa cabbage leaves; just before eating, top with the parsley and the prepared seasoning sauce.
💡 TipBecause scallops are used, you can taste the flavor without adding salt.
