Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the center, add warm water and yeast and dissolve, then add salt and knead while mixing in the flour little by little.
  2. When the dough comes together, wrap in plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the fermented dough wide with a rolling pin.
  4. Cut off the stem ends of the green and red bell peppers, cut into rings, remove the cores, and slice the bacon, onion, and button mushrooms.
  5. Transfer step 3 to an ovenproof pan, spread with tomato sauce, and top with the prepared ingredients and pizza cheese.
  6. Roll up the dough, score the top, and bake in an oven preheated to 175C.
💡 TipIf it is hard to ferment the pizza dough, you can use tortillas or baguette instead.
