Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Thinly slice the button mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms and tear the baby oyster mushrooms into small pieces.
- Season the cut pork lightly with black pepper and flour.
- Add cooking oil to a heated pan and cook the meat.
- Push the meat to one side, add the mushrooms and stir-fry, then add the white wine and water and boil. When reduced by half, remove the meat.
- Add butter to the pan to adjust the thickness of the sauce and sprinkle with minced parsley to finish the sauce.
- Serve the meat topped with the sauce.
💡 TipButter sold in stores is usually salted butter, but using unsalted butter for low-sodium cooking helps reduce sodium.
