Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Sprinkle the pork neck with ginger juice, rosemary, salt, and pepper and let it rest.
  2. Chop the onion, garlic, and celery into small pieces.
  3. Mix the chili sauce, ketchup, and grape juice.
  4. Lightly blanch the broccoli and cut it small, and cut the carrot and red cabbage into thin strips.
  5. Melt butter in a pot and stir-fry the onion and garlic.
  6. Add the celery to the stir-fried pot (5), then add the grape juice mixture (3) and vegetables (4) and reduce until a little liquid remains. Lightly butter a pan, and when it is hot, cook the rested pork neck. When the pork is cooked, add it to the reduced sauce and simmer once more to finish.
💡 TipA steak simmered in sauce needs no separate salt, so it can be made with less sodium.
