↔ No napa cabbage kimchi? Store-bought kimchi works well. For cooking, older and more sour kimchi tastes better. Sauerkraut with a little gochugaru is a last resort.

Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Chop the bacon and sausage, blanch in boiling water, and stir-fry in a pan. Rinse the chopped kimchi in water and stir-fry it with the gochugaru.
  2. Blanch the spinach, chop it, and season with sesame oil and minced garlic. Fry the eggs and chop them.
  3. Brush the gim with sesame oil, toast it, and cut it into long strips. Layer the rice and the prepared ingredients to finish.
💡 TipBlanching the bacon and sausage and rinsing the kimchi in water removes salt, and potassium-rich spinach is used to help excrete sodium.
