Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Season the ground pork (300 g), then add ice water (1/4 cup) and knead until sticky to make the sausage mixture.
  2. Add the seasonings and ice water (1/4 cup) to the remaining ground pork (300 g), mix, and knead to make a second sausage mixture.
  3. Put each of the two sausage mixtures into a piping bag and age in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Lightly wet both sides of the rice paper, pipe on the sausage mixture evenly, and roll it up to make a sausage.
  5. Heat a pan over low heat with cooking oil, and cook the sausages for 5 minutes, turning them to cook evenly.
  6. Turn up to high heat and cook for 1 more minute to finish.
💡 Tip- Low-sodium soy sauce, mushroom powder, and spices make up for the saltiness. - Stevia reduces added sugar.
