Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Remove the stalk of the sea squirt, peel off the skin, and cut into bite-size pieces.
  2. Cut the garlic chives into 2 cm lengths.
  3. Thinly julienne the laver to the same length as the garlic chives.
  4. Mix all the seasoning sauce ingredients to make a seasoning sauce.
  5. Lightly toss the prepared sea squirt with sesame oil.
  6. Put rice in a bowl, top with the garlic chives, radish sprouts, sea squirt, laver, and sesame seeds, add the seasoning sauce, and mix before eating.
💡 TipMincing the sea squirt meat and lightly freezing it in the freezer before adding also tastes good. * If the sea squirt aroma is strong, mixing in crown daisy reduces the strong smell.
