Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Squeeze the crab sticks well to remove moisture, and blanch the shrimp in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain.
  2. Roast the bell peppers over low heat until the skins are charred black, then rinse in cold water and remove the burnt skin.
  3. Slice the roasted bell peppers into thin sheets, and coarsely chop the avocado, crab sticks, and blanched shrimp.
  4. Mix the prepared avocado, crab sticks, and shrimp with the minced green onion, minced garlic, ground black pepper, grated Parmesan cheese, and pickled bell pepper to make the filling.
  5. Lay a sliced bell pepper sheet on plastic wrap, put the filling in the center, and roll it up tightly.
  6. Put the sauce in a bowl, place the roll (with the plastic wrap removed) on top, and garnish with whole-grain mustard and pickled olives.
💡 TipPotassium-rich avocado and various pickles are used to lower the sodium.
