Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Peel the shrimp, slice them into sheets, and boil until cooked.
  2. Remove the abalone from the shells with a spoon, wash with salt, and grill in a heated pan.
  3. Slice the salmon into sheets.
  4. Mix the mustard powder with water at about 30 C evenly and let it ferment, then add the sugar and vinegar to make the mustard sauce.
  5. Add the yogurt to the gochujang to make the gochujang sauce.
  6. Put the cooked shrimp, abalone, and salmon on a plate, top with the mustard sauce and gochujang sauce, and decorate with baby greens.
💡 TipAdding yogurt to gochujang makes the flavor milder and also lowers the sodium.
