Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Sprinkle the beef sirloin with salt, pepper, and rosemary and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the zucchini into rounds, separate the onion into its layers, and cut the eggplant into rectangles.
  3. Scoop out the inside of the bell pepper and cut it into small squares, and remove the seeds from the tomato and cut it into squares.
  4. Wash the apple skin clean and cut it into long strips.
  5. Add sugar and garlic to the balsamic sauce, mix in the sliced apple, and boil until bubbling to make the sauce.
  6. When the pan is hot, grill the zucchini, onion, and eggplant, then grill the sirloin on both sides and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Place the beef on each of the grilled onion, zucchini, and eggplant pieces, and top with the boiled sauce, bell pepper, and tomato to finish.
💡 TipThe sweet-and-sour sauce reduces sodium and enhances the flavor.
