Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Marinate the duck meat in the meat seasoning.
  2. Cube the eggplant, onion, bell pepper, king oyster mushroom and broccoli, cut the garlic chives into 5cm lengths, and remove only the stems of the cherry tomatoes, wash them, and halve them.
  3. Blend the tomato, onion and green chili pepper.
  4. Add oil to a pan and stir-fry the minced garlic, then add the gochujang, blended tomato, onion, green chili pepper and corn syrup and stir-fry, adjusting the thickness, to make the tomato gochujang sauce.
  5. Stir-fry the duck meat together with the eggplant, onion, bell pepper, king oyster mushroom and broccoli, then add the tomato gochujang sauce.
  6. Plate it and finish with the garlic chives and cherry tomatoes on the side.
💡 Tip•Less gochujang is used with a tomato-based sauce, lowering sodium. •Tomato, green chili pepper and onion provide the flavor, reducing sodium.
