Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Soak the rice in water, then cook it with the green peas.
  2. Beat the eggs, strain them through a sieve, and fry an egg sheet. When it is about half cooked, lay thinly sliced zucchini, carrot and eggplant on top and cook through.
  3. Marinate the tuna in the tuna seasoning and sear only the outside lightly.
  4. Place rice on the gim, flip it over, put the tuna on top and roll it up, then place the egg sheet on top and roll once more.
  5. Make the apple dressing, and blend the tomato sauce ingredients and strain through a sieve.
  6. Plate the tuna bibimbap roll with the tomato sauce, and finish with the apple dressing drizzled over the kale.
💡 TipFlavored with tomato sauce and apple dressing, the dish needs less salt and has a lower sodium content.
