Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Cut the banana in half, slice one half and mash the other. Remove the skin and pit of the avocado, slice a third of it and mash two thirds.
  2. Blanch the tomato in boiling water, peel it, and slice it thin.
  3. Julienne 2 slices of bacon, and grill 1 slice and julienne it to a similar size.
  4. In the bacon-grilling fat, add the sliced banana, avocado and tomato, sprinkle with basil powder, and grill.
  5. Stir-fry the julienned bacon, minced garlic and minced onion in a pan, add the whipping cream and low-sodium cheese and stir-fry, then add the mashed avocado, banana and milk to adjust the thickness, and season with salt to make the banana cream.
  6. Arrange the grilled banana, avocado and tomato on a plate, add the boiled spaghetti, pour the banana cream over it, and finish with the bacon on top as garnish.
💡 TipAvocado and banana contain plenty of potassium, which helps excrete sodium. They are used as a sauce, giving flavor through sweetness.
