Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Blanch the pumpkin leaves in boiling water.
  2. Soak the kelp in water.
  3. Julienne the soaked kelp.
  4. Julienne the bell pepper, onion, cucumber, and tofu.
  5. Mix the gochujang with the prepared kelp water and add sugar and vinegar to make a sauce.
  6. Season the beef with salt and black pepper, grill, and slice it; put the beef and assorted vegetables on the pumpkin leaves, roll them up, place on a plate, and top with the gochujang sauce.
💡 TipAdding kelp water, sugar, and vinegar to gochujang reduces sodium.
