Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Marinate the whole pork belly in the fish sauce, garlic oil, rosemary and whole black peppercorns.
- Cut the button mushrooms, green bell pepper and bell peppers into bite-size pieces and grill them in garlic oil.
- Cut the sweet potato into bite-size pieces and grill without oil.
- Cut the marinated pork belly into small pieces and blanch in water with the dried chili peppers.
- Thread all the ingredients onto skewers and grill lightly.
- Julienne the lemon zest and make the sauce, and finish by serving it with the skewers.
💡 TipUnlike regular soy sauce, fish sauce has many savory components from fermentation of anchovies and salted seafood, which lowers the saltiness while boosting flavor.
