Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Boil the sweet potato, peel and mash it, and mix with the milk to make sweet potato mousse.
- Cut the white kimchi and beet small and pickle them together so the white kimchi takes on the color.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces, pound with the back of a knife, and season with ground black pepper.
- Grill the chicken breast in a pan with cooking oil (15g).
- Top the grilled chicken breast with the sweet potato mousse, beet-pickled white kimchi and sprouts.
- Put the chicken breast canapes in a bowl and serve with the banana vinegar to finish.
💡 TipSeasoning only with ground black pepper keeps the saltiness low, and the potassium in the sweet potato and banana helps excrete sodium from the body.
