Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Finely chop the cauliflower, cut the button mushrooms and onion into 3 mm strips, and slice 2 cloves of garlic flat.
  2. Blend the finely chopped cauliflower, unsweetened soy milk, water (1 cup), and 1 clove of garlic in a blender until smooth to make cauliflower cream.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat with olive oil, stir-fry the minced garlic, then add the flat-sliced garlic, onion, and button mushrooms and stir-fry until the onion softens.
  4. Add the cauliflower cream; when it boils, add the turmeric powder and tofu noodles and mix evenly.
  5. Add the basil and mix evenly, turn off the heat, then add the vinegar and mix evenly.
  6. Put the curry cream tofu noodle pasta in a bowl and sprinkle with parsley flakes to finish.
