Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Julienne the onion, bok choy and bell peppers, and thinly slice the thin green onion.
- Boil the ramyeon noodles and drain them in a sieve to remove the moisture.
- Add cooking oil (5g) to a pan, stir-fry the minced garlic to release its aroma, then stir-fry the pork.
- Add the julienned onion, bok choy and bell peppers and stir-fry together, then season with the chili oil, sugar, doubanjiang and ramyeon soup powder and stir-fry.
- Stir-fry the noodles in together and finish by sprinkling with the sliced thin green onion.
💡 TipThe noodles are boiled once beforehand and rinsed to remove the sodium from the fried noodles, and bell pepper, bok choy and onion are added to increase the potassium that helps excrete sodium.
