Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Steam the flounder in a steamer.
- Finely mince the onion.
- Flake the flounder meat and mix it with the minced onion and mayonnaise.
- Cut the strawberries and kiwi into bite-size pieces.
- Cut the sandwich bread into rounds with a round cutter.
- Spread the mixture from step 3 on the bread, place a cracker on top, spread the mixture again, and top with the kiwi and strawberry.
💡 TipIf you have no crackers, use cheese, and you can use dinner rolls instead of sandwich bread. The crusts cut off the bread can be kept in the freezer and used as breadcrumbs. You can also spread jam on the bread and top with the ingredients.
Diet and allergy labels are estimated from the ingredient list. Check labels if you have an allergy.
