Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Tenderize the pork loin by pounding it gently, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and let it rest.
  2. Cut the perilla leaves, carrot, bell pepper, and onion into thin strips.
  3. Put the sliced vegetables (2) and cheese on the rested pork (1) and roll it up.
  4. Mash tofu into the mayonnaise, then add the heavy cream, yogurt, sugar, and mustard and mix evenly.
  5. Soak the baby greens briefly in cold water, then drain them in a strainer to remove moisture.
  6. Coat the rolled loin in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in that order, deep-fry in oil at 170-180 C for about 3 minutes, and drain the oil. Put the frying sauce (4) and baby greens (5) on a plate to finish.
💡 TipMashing tofu into the mayonnaise sauce lowers the sodium.
