Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Cut off the bases of the golden enoki mushrooms and separate them; cut the onion, lettuce, perilla leaves, and cucumber into thin strips; cut the nectarine into wedges.
  2. Boil the golden enoki mushrooms in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain, rinse in cold water, and drain the water.
  3. In the same water, blanch the shrimp and crab meat for 30 seconds, drain, rinse in cold water, and drain the water.
  4. Make the seasoning sauce.
  5. Put the prepared ingredients in a bowl and serve with the seasoning sauce to finish.
💡 Tip- Nectarine, high in potassium, helps flush out sodium, and its sweetness reduces added sugar.
