Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Blanch the spinach in boiling salted water, rinse in cold water, and squeeze out the moisture. Blend finely with the milk in a blender and pass through a sieve.
- Put the peeled potato in a steamer and cook for about 20 minutes, then take it out and mash it. Finely chop the almond and the chicory.
- Mix the mashed potato, chopped chicory, spinach milk sauce and sugar, put on a plate, top with the almond and cranberries, and serve with the spinach milk sauce.
💡 TipThe potassium abundant in spinach and the calcium in milk help excrete sodium. Potatoes are also a potassium-rich vegetable, and eating them with dairy supplements the calcium that potatoes lack.
Diet and allergy labels are estimated from the ingredient list. Check labels if you have an allergy.
