Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Remove the innards from the squid and wash it clean.
- Finely julienne the garlic chives, potato, carrot, and onion into about 2 cm lengths.
- Mix the pancake mix and misugaru in a 3 : 1 ratio.
- Add water to the ingredients from steps 1, 2, and 3 to make a batter and season with salt.
- Heat brown rice oil in a pan, drop in the batter from step 3 in rounds, and pan-fry until golden brown.
- Place in a dish to finish.
💡 TipIf you add too much misugaru, the texture of the pancake becomes rough.
