Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Wash the mixed grains well, soak them thoroughly, and cook them into rice.
- Coarsely mince the squash, green and red bell peppers, onion, and shiitake mushroom; finely slice the garlic chives and mince the garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan, lightly stir-fry the chopped vegetables, then add the multigrain rice and stir-fry.
- Put the doenjang, cream, and rosemary in a blender and blend.
- Add the cream and rosemary to the ? and boil.
- Beat the egg, strain it through a sieve, and fry it into a wide thin omelet; wrap the fried rice in it to make omurice, place on a plate, and top with the doenjang sauce.
💡 TipMixing doenjang with cream reduces sodium and brings out doenjang's soft, nutty flavor.
