Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Divide the broccoli into small florets, cut the scallions and green beans into 0.8cm cubes, then blanch the broccoli and green beans in boiling water.
  2. Cut the carrot, cabbage, red bell pepper, onion, and green chili pepper into 0.8cm cubes and finely chop the parsley.
  3. Mix the flour, milk, egg, butter, and chopped parsley well in a bowl.
  4. Add cooking oil to a pan and stir-fry all ingredients except the broccoli and green beans, then add the curry powder and mix.
  5. Add the chicken stock and boil until the ingredients are cooked, and when the liquid has reduced to a little, add the broccoli and green beans and mix.
  6. Lightly oil a pan, scoop in the batter with a ladle, and cook thin pancakes about 10cm in diameter.
💡 TipInstant curry powder is high in sodium, so use a low-sodium curry powder made by mixing whole spices. It can also be made as an appetizer by cooking a spoonful of pancake batter in a pan and topping it with a few spoonfuls of sour cream, black olive oil, or a few grains of caviar.
