Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Boil the penne in boiling salted water with a little oil for about 10 minutes, then drain in a sieve.
- Cut the green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and onion to the length of the penne, and blanch the green peas in boiling water, rinse in cold water, and drain.
- Cut the asparagus to the length of the penne too, blanch in boiling salted water, cool in cold water, and drain.
- Cut the black olives into rings.
- Mix step 1 with the basil pesto and salt in a bowl.
- Mix step 5 with the remaining vegetables and place on a plate.
💡 TipUnlike noodles, pasta does not have much starch, so do not rinse it in cold water; just drain it and let it cool as is.
