Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Wash the glutinous rice clean and soak it in water for about 30 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the garlic chives, red chili pepper, onion, and carrot.
  3. Mince the garlic finely.
  4. Oil a pot, stir-fry the garlic, then add the soaked glutinous rice and stir-fry.
  5. When it is stir-fried to some degree, add the beef bone broth and perilla seed powder and gently boil.
  6. When the glutinous rice is cooked to some degree, add the red chili pepper and garlic chives and boil briefly.
💡 TipAdding perilla seed powder to the beef bone broth lets you enjoy it deliciously without separate seasoning.
