Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Cut the tofu into two pieces and flatten them out wide.
- Grind the shrimp, scallops and bell pepper together to make the filling.
- Mix the green peas, soy milk, honey and black sesame seeds and blend to make the pea dressing.
- Put the filling between the tofu pieces and cut into easy-to-eat sizes.
- Steam the tofu sandwiches in a steamer with rising steam for about 15 minutes.
- Top with the pea dressing and sprouts to finish.
💡 TipThe mild tofu is paired with a sweet, smooth pea dressing, so less salt is used, reducing sodium intake.
Diet and allergy labels are estimated from the ingredient list. Check labels if you have an allergy.
