Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Wash the konjac and drain.
  2. Thinly julienne the apple and lightly soak it in lemon, and lightly soak the minced onion in lemon juice as well.
  3. Stir-fry the minced onion in butter in a pan, then add the remaining stir-fry ingredients to make the stir-fry seasoning.
  4. Add the konjac to the stir-fry seasoning and stir-fry until firm and slightly chewy.
  5. Remove all the moisture from the apple and mix with the sauce ingredients to make a side sauce.
  6. Put the stir-fried konjac in a bowl and finish by sprinkling with granola.
💡 TipThe distinctive flavors of the ginger and onion in the stir-fry seasoning replace saltiness, and the nutty black sesame, yogurt and sweetness of honey enhance the flavor.
