Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Cut a deep slit into the middle 1/4 of the chicken breast and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Tear the oyster mushrooms and cut the bacon into squares.
  3. Lightly blanch the spinach and cut it, and chop the onion and green onion into small pieces.
  4. Melt butter in a pan, stir-fry the spinach and mushrooms, then add the oyster sauce and stir-fry again.
  5. Stuff the stir-fried spinach and mushrooms into the chicken breast and cook it in a pan with olive oil.
  6. Stir-fry the bacon and onion in a pot, add the curry powder and lightly stir-fry, then add the milk, heavy cream, and green onion and boil to make the curry sauce. Put the baby greens and chicken steak (5) on a plate and pour the curry sauce on top to finish.
💡 TipThe distinctive aroma of curry and the assorted vegetables replace saltiness while stimulating the appetite.
