Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Wash the glasswort and slice it finely. It is important to cut it so that no liquid comes out.
  2. Soak the glutinous rice 30 minutes beforehand.
  3. Drain the soaked glutinous rice, add 50g of water and boil it into porridge, then add the glasswort and boil longer.
  4. Add the milk and simmer slowly over low heat.
  5. When the porridge is somewhat done, sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  6. When the porridge is done, put it in a bowl to finish.
💡 TipThe saltiness of glasswort itself seasons the dish, reducing the use of salt and other salty products, and the saltiness and nuttiness of Parmesan cheese add richness.
