Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Cut the tofu into 4x1.5x1cm pieces, then sprinkle with salt to remove the moisture.
- Remove the innards of the turban shell meat and cut in half, and clean the scallop adductor muscles by removing the dirty membrane around them, then cut into 2 to 3 pieces.
- Mince the basil leaves.
- Put the minced garlic in a bowl, season with salt, and add olive oil little by little while stirring in one direction, then add the minced basil to make the garlic olive oil sauce.
- Thread the tofu and seafood onto skewers in turn and brush the sauce on evenly.
- Grill in a preheated 250C oven or on a grill until golden brown.
💡 TipGrilled dishes are suitable for eating without added salt because of their grilled aroma.
