Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Mash the tofu finely with the back of a knife, then wrap it in cheesecloth and squeeze out the moisture.
  2. Grind the bread in a blender to make breadcrumbs, and blend the grapes and strain to make grape juice.
  3. Put the grape juice, honey, water, and salt in a pot, and when it boils, turn off the heat and stir in the cooking oil.
  4. Knead the flour with the cinnamon powder, mashed tofu, black sesame seeds, and chopped walnuts.
  5. Put the dough in a piping bag and pipe it onto a pan in 15 cm lengths.
  6. Brush the surface of the dough with step 3 and bake in a 180°C oven for 15 minutes.
💡 TipThe grapes add sweetness, and the black sesame seeds and walnuts add a nutty flavor.
