Steps

Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.

  1. Put the broth ingredients in a pot, boil for 10 minutes, and remove the solids.
  2. Peel the zucchini in a spiral and julienne it, julienne the onion, and slice the cheongyang chili pepper and green onion on the diagonal.
  3. Finely chop 200g of the tomato and cut 100g thickly.
  4. Add the ramyeon soup powder and ramyeon noodles to the broth and cook lightly, then add the onion, zucchini and chopped tomato and boil.
  5. When the noodles are cooked, add the thickly cut tomato and boil 10 more seconds.
  6. Finish with the green onion and cheongyang chili pepper on top.
💡 TipThe ramyeon soup powder is reduced to a quarter to lower sodium intake, and tomato and cheongyang chili pepper add freshness and spiciness instead.
